Our catalog has been designed to enhance product selection by our customers. All items are identified with an “M” (Mill Supply) number. In some instances, the manufacturer’s product number is listed as well. In cases where

products are not available, we reserve the right to ship products of equal or superior quality.

Illustrations are solely for descriptive purposes.

Our minimum order is $50.00 - Orders below $50.00 will be subject to a delivery fee (excluding backorders)

Unless specified, backorders will be honored at our option, depending upon quantities and/or dollar value.

Standard terms are net 30 days. Invoices not paid within terms are subject to finance charges of 1-1/2% per month (annual

rate of 18%). We reserve the right to hold orders until past due remittance is received. We accept Mastercard

and Visa for payment purposes. No deductions are permitted without prior consent.

Orders received by 3:00pm which meet our minimum order requirements will be delivered free of charge on

the next business day in our standard delivery zone (See map on previous page).

It is the customer’s responsibility to report damages or shortages within 5 (five) days after receipt. No claims will be honored after that date. Mill Supply Company, Inc’s liability is limited to the value of the material claimed. Customers

may seek replacement for defective items through manufacturers stated warranty, if applicable.

No returns will be accepted without prior consent. An RGA number must be requested.

We reserve the right to assess a restocking charge.

These orders are subject to a deposit at seller’s option. Returns (if applicable) are subject to vendors restocking terms. Return freight charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. “Custom Manufactured” items such as screens,

window blinds, air filters, etc. may not be returned under any circumstances.
