This Satin Chrome deadbolt includes Microban® antimicrobial protection to keep the hardware cleaner and is UL-listed with a 20-minute fire rating. Kwikset SmartKey® Deadbolt allows for the tenant key to be quickly and easily rekeyed with the additional benefit of maintaining a seperate master key system to be utilized for maintenace access to the unit(s). The benefit of this deadbolt means that you no longer need to retain possession of every tenant key to gain maintenace access.
