The flapper is compatible with the following Eljer Titan 2.piece toilet models: Titan 17" (091.0777, 091.0772, 091.0773, 0 91.0776, 091.0778, 091.0782) and Titan 15" (091.0750, 091.0755, 091.0753, 091.0752, 091.0762). The exclusive longest lasting red rubber resists chlorine, bacteria, city water treatment, hard water, and well water. Easy to install, the 3030 includes: (1) F lapper and (1) Stainless Steel Chain.
