Fast drying enamel under coat. Seals porous surfaces so less topcoat is needed. Hides stains such as water stains, graffiti, ink, tannin, nicotine, smoke, pencil and crayon. Adheres to glossy surfaces without sanding. Use on drywall, plaster, paneling, wo od, stucco and metal. Use with any oil-base or water-base architectural paint.
