Reusable, nylon web pad for cleaning, scuffing or deburring finishes by hand. Cuts fast, leaves a consistent finish, and can be used with water or solvents. Outperforms steel wool, wire brushes, and other non-woven hand pads because material will not rust and resists tearing, splintering, shredding, and loading.
