Pre-assembled and ready for installation. Includes Seal-Tite white aluminum ceiling shutter, installation hardware, plenum boards, and easy-to-follow DIYer instructions. T his whole-house fan is installed on the ceiling between the attic and living space. Louvers close when the fan is not operating.
