Oatey 3" or 4" Level Fit Closet Flanges solvent welds over 3" Sch. 40 DWV pipe or inside 4" Sch. 40 DWV pipe. Corrosion resistant stainless steel ring. Meets AST M D2661 (ABS) & D2665 (PVC). Adjustable ring for alignment of bolts and screws. Sits flush on the floor.
