Seals, mends, bonds, and repairs. Made of pre-measured, steel reinforced dark gray/black epoxy resin with a contrasting strip of hardener embedded in the center. Two part compound mixes to form a permanent steel-hard bond. Adheres to almost any surface. C an be drilled, filed, sanded, painted, and machined. Applies to damp or wet surfaces. Non-conductive.
