Constructed from high-grade 24-gauge galvanized steel, this container features a durable powder-coat finish that provides excellent chemical resistance and withstands rigorous daily use. The self-closing, leakproof lid is equipped with an automatic positive-pressure relief mechanism that vents between 3 and 5 psig to prevent potential rupture or explosion. For enhanced safety, an internal stainless steel flame arrester dissipates heat to stop flashback ignition during pouring or filling operations. This FM-approved and UL-listed can includes a swinging handle for ergonomic transport and a large ID zone for clear content labeling.
