The BPC625 is a high-performance 6-inch by 25-foot flexible insulated duct designed for efficient HVAC ventilation in residential and commercial applications. It features a durable two-ply polyester laminate core reinforced with a corrosion-resistant galvanized wire helix, surrounded by energy-efficient, formaldehyde-free fiberglass insulation. The exterior is protected by a heavy-duty, fire-retardant black polyethylene vapor barrier that is UV-inhibited for long-lasting durability. This UL 181 Class 1 listed duct offers an R4.2 insulation value, helping to minimize thermal loss and prevent condensation while eliminating the need for complex elbow fittings in tight spaces.

DUNDAS JAFINE's flexible insulated duct is UL 181 listed as a class 1 air duct and bears the UL mark. This duct consists of a flexible helix core made of two-ply polyester laminate and corrosion-resistant galvanized wire. It is surrounded by a blanket of formaldehyde-free, fiberglass insulation, that helps to reduce heat and cool loss as well as jacketed by a heavy-duty, fire retardant, black polyethylene vapor barrier. Flexible insulated duct can be installed in place of galvanized pipe in most applications. In addition, due to its flexible nature, the need for elbows is eliminated, allowing for ease of installation in difficult to reach areas. This duct is ideal for use in general ventilation applications including heating, air conditioning, intake and exhaust.
