Hercules Megaloc 15804 is a professional-grade, multi-purpose thread sealant reinforced with DuPont Kevlar for high-performance sealing on both plastic and metal piping. This blue, soft-setting paste is engineered to withstand hydraulic pressures up to 12,000 PSI and gas pressures up to 2,600 PSI. It is compatible with a wide range of materials including steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, PVC, CPVC, and ABS. The odorless, non-flammable formula requires no cure time, allowing for immediate pressurization of the system after application. Designed for ease of use, it features an in-lid brush applicator and wipes clean from hands and tools with just a dry rag. This sealant is NSF/ANSI 61 certified, making it safe for use in potable water lines and various industrial applications.
