Damtite 05370 is a high-performance, high-solid acrylic resin designed to enhance the bonding properties and durability of cement-based materials. This liquid additive serves as a powerful admixture for thin Portland cement coatings, concrete repair mixes, tile grouts, and stucco, significantly increasing tensile and flexural strength. It can also be applied directly as a paint-on primer to ensure permanent adhesion between new masonry and existing non-porous surfaces like poured concrete or glazed tile. The non-yellowing formula reduces surface permeability, providing improved resistance to water, chemicals, and acids.
